Who am I

My website address is:

What personal data I collect and why I collect it

Contact forms

When you fill out the contact form, you give me your name and your email address. This makes it possible for me to see who you are, and to reply to your requests.

Contracts and agreements to hire me as a photographer

When we make a contract, or other agreement, on wedding photography, portrait photography, or any other photosession, I will need the following information:

Full name
Phone number
Registred adress
Shoot location

All the personal data you provide will be on our written contract, which I will save in a binder. I will also make a digital copy to save on my computer as well as on two external harddisks I keep for backup. The digital copy on my computer will be deleted upon delivery of the finished product to you. Other copies will be saved for up to five years.

Your personal data will also be on the invoice I make in connection with your payment for my services. I use Dinero for online accounting, and your provided personal data will therefore be entered into my personal, passwordprotected, account with them. As per Danish law, these informations will be saved for at least five years.

Images and media

When working as a photographer, I of course accumulate a large amount of digital images. Following any shoot, I will immediately save the all images to my laptop as well as my two external harddisks kept for backup. When I have finished editing your images, and delivered them to you, I will delete them from my laptop, but keep both raw-files and edited files on my backup harddisks for a minimum of two years. This is an extra safety measure for you, and ensures that if you for some reason loose your files within the first two-years, you can always get a new copy from me.

As part of my standard contract used for wedding photography, you consent to the images being used on my website and social media accounts. In the cases where this is not part of the agreement, it should be explicitly added to written contract before signing it.
Should you for some reason at a later point wish to have an image removed from my website, please contact me via email or the website contact form.

When presenting and delivering the finished images to you, I may use some of the following third part software:

Pixieset (passwordprotected online gallery for presenting, previewing and ordering images)
wetransfer (for online image delivery, as most emailsystems will not allow you to send or receive the large image files)
iCloud (may be used for online backup)

When visitors leave comments on the site I collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Who we share your data with

As mentioned in the section on contracts, I use Dinero for online accounting, and your provided personal data will therefore be entered into my personal, passwordprotected, account with them.

I use a webmail via unoeuro, set to automatically forward all emails to my Gmail account. Our email correspondence will be saved in these mailsystems as long as relevant for our communication. I will delete old emails on a regular basis throughout the year.
