Rome seen through my lens…
… with my eyes.
As I in my previous post, about the Vatican, I have the best husbond in the world. That is why it was possible for me to invite my mother on a trip to Rome in January. It is something I have been wanting to do for a long time, and it means the world to me to be able to give her this experience – and share it with her.
We had an amazing trip where we walked so much more than we had expected to be able to before hand. You really get the best sense of a new city moving around on foot.
Because I am a photographer and I love my camera, I obviously couldn’t go to Rome without it. As a passionate photographer it can be somewhat dangerous to bring your camera when traveling with others. It often happens that I get so excited about photographing something, that I completely forget about my surrounding. Then I forget to keep up with my company, and then we get lost from each other. Luckily my mother is also a very creative person so she probably understands, and copes with this behaviour, better than most.
All the images were shot with my 50 mm 1.8 prime on a crop camera.
